I contacted Matt when I needed some fill dirt at the last minute. He responded quickly and was able to get everything I needed right away. I also used Matt for some gravel work, which was outstanding. He always showed up on time when he said he would, and even followed up with me afterwards just to see how everything was going.

Schrock’s Land Management was a great company to work with. Matthew was quick to respond to my request for an estimate, came out and listened to what I wanted, provided some insights and returned an estimate the same evening. Pricing was fair and competitive, and frankly, Matthew gave the impression of an honest and hardworking person. Reminded me of the way my dad interacted with and treated his customers in his roofing business. You know when you meet a solid person. Project turned out better than expected. Schrocks transformed a large chunk of scrubby, eroding mountainside into an oasis of a rock garden while controlling some erosion issues that had gotten out of hand. Excellent work by a hardworking and respectful team. I am very happy with the outcome and will not hesitate to recommend Schrocks to anyone.

We initially only ordered gravel from Schrock's. Matt responded right away to my message and showed up right when he said he would. While he was at my house, we started talking about a future project I wanted to do. He actually gave us a few better options to think about and priced them out immediately. The work has now been completed, we ended up saving money with his knowledge and suggestions. We now have a wonderful parking area at our home, our RV has a forever parking spot. We also asked if he could remove a couple difficult stumps for us the day before the job started. He did that as well. We could not be happier with the service we have received! TOP NOTCH!

He was upfront with pricing and delivery, I added additional material and he was flexible, and he worked around our mutual busy schedules to deliver topsoil and gravel very quickly. I worked with Matt when my wife and I were having our house built. Matt was very attentive and his pricing was fair. Matt delivered a product better than we thought was possible in the time and budget allotted. There was a small wrinkle when the inspector wanted something graded differently and Matt brought his equipment back up and got it changed very quickly, very solid. We had a great experience using Schrock’s. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Matt (the proprietor) is one of the hardest working folks I’ve met. We needed to fill and grade a pit in our yard to fulfill a contingency for sale of our house. After I left a message, Matt Schrock came out the next day to evaluate, then had us on the schedule for that Saturday. Despite having a family, he was out at 8pm on a Friday to drop off the loader. The project was essentially done by noon the next day, with more than enough time before settling on the sale. Really appreciate his hard work. Hope his company continues to grow. ✌️
